Job Description:

WideOrbit's Programmatic Operations team is looking for a sharp, dynamic Client Solutions Specialist to help launch our groundbreaking local media buying platform. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you'll partner directly with our TV clients handling a variety of operational responsibilities including, client on-boarding and engagement, training, and end-user support, while instilling confidence in the application.

The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, passionate about client services, loves trouble shooting technical problems and can effectively organize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. If you have a background in technical support or broadcast sales operations, then this might be a great opportunity for you!

Here is what you'll be doing:
  • Confidently help users with how-to questions and best practices on the WO Programmatic platform
  • Actively listen and gather information to understand customer needs and requests
  • Troubleshoot and triage end user issues for assignment or escalation
  • Enter and manage support case records
  • Provide clients with solutions and workarounds for problems
  • Instill client confidence and provide one-on-one workflow training for new users
  • Configure new accounts and help users with access and permissions issues
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions for lead trainers

Here is what we're looking for:
  • 2+ years' experience in broadcast sales or with advertising/media sales, proposal systems, and order management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide superb customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Effectively communicates in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Proven ability to learn and use new web-based applications
  • Experience with web or phone-based support and training
  • Proven track record to solve customers' issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving software issues
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce (or other CRM system)

  • Hailey, ID
