You must have channel management experience working with security focused Value Added Resellers. Previous employment in a channel management capacity in the areas security software, identity management, or infrastructure technologies is preferred. Candidates who have worked for large technology vendors, as well as privately held companies are ideal.

Responsibilities

Qualify, recruit, and sign new partners to increase the number of resellers within region necessary to reach revenue targets. Channel Partners are defined as Value Added Reseller (VARs), Systems Integrators (SIs), Fulfillment, and Consulting partners.

Grow revenue contribution from resellers through building awareness and attention to our products and channel programs, and through assisting in closing business. This includes regular sales meeting with end user customers with partner, and providing forecast of sales opportunities to Centrify management.

Work with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales team, and Sales Engineers to target and grow revenue in specific resellers who are showing dedication to Centrify products.

Be responsible for Field Marketing activities related to channel partners and their marketing activities. Activities such as seminars, webinars, email campaigns, and utilizing market development funds for the best possible return.

Create business plan for Go-To partners within region to focus on how revenue and attention to Centrify will grow within defined period of time (quarter, year, etc).

Meet with Partner Management level to gain level of commitment for further resources to improve Centrify presence within reselling organization, and provide Centrify roadmap on product and company direction.

Required Experience:

4-6 years in channel management with software or hardware vendor.

Knowledge of networking, datacenter, software and security

Experience with end user sales of enterprise solutions is required.

Candidate must be able to work with a variety of sizes, and business models, of resellers within the region.
