Job Description:

The WO Programmatic operations team is looking for sharp, dynamic Client Solutions Specialists to help launch our groundbreaking local media buying platform. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you are an engaging communicator that enjoys training and supporting our clients and has a knack for problem solving and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client services, the ability to instill confidence in the application, and proven success in managing competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment. You will be working directly with our agency clients handling a variety of operational responsibilities including client on-boarding, training, and end-user support. Here is what you'll be doing:

Actively listens and gathers information to understand customer needs and requests
Confidently assisting users with how-to questions and best practices advice
Solving technical product support issues with clients
Instilling client confidence providing one-on-one workflow training for new users
Configuring new accounts and assisting users with access and permissions issues
Troubleshooting and triaging end user issues for assignment or escalation
Providing solutions and workarounds for problems when needed
Entering and managing support case records into Salesforce
Coordinating and scheduling internal and external training sessions for lead trainers

Here is what we're looking for:

2+ years' experience in media buying for local television or media buying software solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide superb customer service and effectively resolve issues
Communicates in a concise and articulate way both verbally and in writing
Experience using new web-based applications
Experience with web or phone based training and/or support
Proven ability to solve customers' issues quickly and effectively while providing top notch customer service
Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce (or other CRM system)

Location: This position can be based in any of the following locations:

Birmingham, Alabama
San Francisco, California
