Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales order and billing process - Review sales orders integrated from Salesforce to NetSuite with supporting documents, create invoices in NetSuite and send to customers
  • Responsible for timely billing of professional service hours and expenses in NetSuite. Collaborate with Professional Service ops team to ensure billing accuracy
  • Submit invoices on customer designated portal such as Ariba
  • Process customer credit memos as needed
  • Manage accounts receivable collection function
  • Address customer questions and resolve the related issues timely
  • Maintain customer records
  • Reconcile sales orders booked between Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Perform month end close activities by ensuring transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with US GAAP
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Support the annual financial audit

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-5 years of experience in Billing
  • Experience with NetSuite required
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
