What You'll Do
  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers by selling additional solutions, or by prospecting into new departments
  • Handle renewals & negotiations for customers within your territory
  • Up-Sell and Cross-Sell into existing customer base
  • Drive and Ensure the timely renewal communication and closure
  • Develop strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently oversee your customers
  • Identify & build relationships with key Executive Stakeholders within your portfolio
  • Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges - identify & propose solutions which will address their needs
  • Consult with and advise TrustRadius customers with a goal to drive broader deployment of TrustRadius across their organization
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Client Success, Product Management and Research, to ensure we're aligned on strategy and driving the best outcome on behalf of our customers
Qualifications
  • A standout "customer first" attitude
  • Amazing communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Required 3 years of client facing, account management, or sales experience in Enterprise Software and Renewal
  • Cross functional collaboration with business units
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
  • Technically adept, understanding of software and how businesses use software
  • Passion for customer voice. You're excited to take your previous experience and apply it at TrustRadius
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
  • 4 Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies
