What We Do

Outreach is a communication platform built from the ground up to help people communicate more effectively. Today we focus on the sales organization, helping them engage with their prospects and customers through email, calling and LinkedIn communication flows.
To put it into perspective, our customers spend the majority of their day living inside our software, relying on it to be more effective communicators with their audience. We think it's pretty cool that we get to build the communication platform of the future; a product that our users cherish.
Outreach was founded in 2014, and we are now over 100 employees strong. Since our first days learning about how people communicate, we became obsessed with understanding our customers' problems, and as a result, we've built by far the most loved product on the market, and have won the hearts and minds (and business) of some incredible organizations around the world.
In addition to our relentless focus on the customer, we've received over $30 million in venture funding, we've won Seattle Business Magazine's 100 Best Places to Work, have been ranked #1 for 2016 Sales Automation/Acceleration software by Ambition and Outreach was named to the 2016 Forbes Cloud 100-Rising Star list as The Rising Star leading the Sales Technology Category.

Our company is headquartered in Seattle, but we also have an office in San Francisco and in State College, PA (both for sales and marketing). The Role

Your job is to bring the right players to the table, uncover their pains, and drive the value of our solution to close deals. Sales teams are sick. Outreach is the medicine. You need to believe that every salesperson on earth would benefit from Outreach. Nothing can stop you from getting our medication to the sick. We run a tight ship with an ever-improving process. Your input is needed to help us continue to get better. You'll work with a team of people to penetrate accounts and make sure your prospects get the results needed to become excited customers.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

Expert level pipeline management
Take discovery calls set up by a Sales Development rep and turning them into pipeline
Guiding deals through our sales process
Unearthing, collecting, and maintaining the data needed for effective forecasting
Selling at your best
Build trust and legitimacy with prospects
Discover pains and connect them to the values our solution
Finding the right people, timelines, and initiatives to make deals easy to close
Teamwork and Collaboration
Work in a pod structure with SDRs and pre-sales Solution Consultants to close deals
Add to the tribal knowledge of the sales org
Contribute to the product, marketing, success, and other teams to make Outreach a better company
Our Vision Of You

Work ethic misunderstood by the normal employee - you look to be superhuman in the tasks you take on and speed at which you knock them out.
A compulsive hatred of losing - you will not be denied. If it takes 20 attempts to get the right people to the table you plan out 40 just be sure it happens.
Audible ready - all deals are unique. Will you look at the field of play and know what play to run and execute?
Data-driven - you can "back of the napkin" it with the best, then go home and build a spreadsheet that brings understanding to any person doubting your strategy and decisions.
A true seller - you've honed your craft. You believe what you believe about sales because it has brought you success, but unafraid to experiment, you are still on the lookout for the thing that can make you even better.
