Account Based Marketing Manager

AgilOne is seeking a Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will build the programs and manage the systems required to generate and nurture consistent lead traffic. They will utilize Hubspot to its fullest potential, including managing email programs, landing pages, and the company website. They will maintain constant communication with other teams, and enable our marketing and sales teams to connect with our global target customer base. They will be revenue minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of AgilOne and the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities include: Overseeing email and digital marketing programs, lead flow management, and website optimization.

Email Marketing:
    • Develop email marketing strategy to support AgilOne's overall marketing plan
    • Develop personalized nurture tracks and programs
    • Increase email open and click rates, and landing page conversion rates through ongoing optimization (of subject lines, email templates, calls to action, content, landing pages), tracking and communicating progress
    • Work hands-on in Hubspot and MixMax to build email templates, landing pages, campaigns
    • Build targeted email lists leveraging data from DiscoverOrg and SalesForce


Marketing Programs:
    • Develop coordinated, multi-touch campaigns to support account based marketing strategy and themes
    • Manage AgilOne's search and social marketing programs
    • Develop and schedule social and email content to support multi-touch marketing programs
    • Write copy for marketing programs
    • Write content for blog posts, ebooks, sales tools, landing pages, advertising, etc. as needed
    • Manage blog program; oversee multiple blog authors and ensure content is published in a regular cadence


Website:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of the AgilOne.com website
    • Develop website strategy: how can we improve website visits, engagement, and time on site?
    • Build new website pages within Hubspot
    • Build new website modules to help improve website engagement metrics


Account Based Marketing:
      • Ensure that MQLs are passed to the SDR team for proper follow-up
      • Optimize the lead flow process
      • Support the sales team with marketing touches during the sales cycle
      • Develop programs that automate some SDR functions


Qualifications:
    • Minimum three years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation and/or campaign management
    • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce; experience with tools like MixMax and DiscoverOrg a plus
    • Strong commitment to teamwork
    • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing space
    • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Creative thinker
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid interpersonal skills
    • Resourcefulness and organizational skills
    • Roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks
    • Graduate of four-year university
    • Understanding of account based marketing best practices
