Account Based Marketing (ABM) Associate

AgilOne is seeking an Account Based Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will build and support the account based marketing programs using the back-end systems to support those programs. They will utilize Hubspot to its fullest potential to drive email programs, create landing pages, and optimize the website. They will work directly with the SDR function and oversee the lead flow process. They will be revenue minded and contribute to the continued growth of AgilOne and the Marketing organization.

Email marketing:
    • Manage and optimize the email marketing program as a critical part of the ABM program
    • Develop and support personalized nurture tracks and programs
    • Track email open and click rates, and landing page conversion rates through ongoing optimization (of subject lines, email templates, calls to action, content, landing pages), tracking and communicating progress
    • Work hands-on in Hubspot and MixMax to build email templates, landing pages, campaigns
    • Build targeted email lists leveraging data from DiscoverOrg and SalesForce


Marketing programs:
    • Develop coordinated, multi-touch campaigns to support account based marketing strategy and themes
    • Manage LinkedIn campaigns as needed
    • Develop and schedule social and email content to support multi-touch marketing programs
    • Write copy for marketing programs
    • Manage blog program; oversee multiple blog authors and ensure content is published in a regular cadence


Website:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of the AgilOne.com website
    • Build new website pages within Hubspot as needed


Account based marketing:
    • Ensure that MQLs are passed to the SDR team for proper follow-up
    • Oversee the lead flow process
    • Support the sales team with marketing touches during the sales cycle


Qualifications:
    • 1-3+ years of experience working in B2B sales or marketing
    • Some experience with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, MixMax or DiscoverOrg, or willingness to learn
    • Strong commitment to teamwork
    • Detail-oriented
    • Good understanding of the B2B marketing space
    • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Creative thinker
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid interpersonal skills
    • Resourcefulness and organizational skills
    • Roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks
    • Graduate of four-year university
    • Understanding of account based marketing best practices
